Practice Areas: Real Estate, Construction and Environmental Law
The Real Estate, Environmental/Construction Law Group provides clients with representation and counseling in all aspects of real estate at the federal, state, and local levels. Our clients include owners, developers, landlords, tenants, institutional lenders, contractors, and brokers. Besides routine transactions such as purchases and sales, we handle a variety of real estate issues involving zoning, tax assessment, land usage, construction, and the environment.

Our services include negotiating transactions, structuring partnerships, assisting in land acquisition, and resolving title disputes. Our lawyers also have extensive experience in contract and litigation issues involving Construction Law. This includes the implementation of contracts, particularly those involving risk allocation issues such as mechanics liens and sub-contractor status.

In environmental issues, we guide clients through the complicated maze of federal and state regulations. Whether the matter involves a routine transaction or a liability lawsuit, our professionals are ready to assist clients in this complex area of the law.
