James M. Tyler

James is a shareholder at Schubert, Gallagher, Tyler and Mulcahey. He concentrates his practice in guardianship and estate law. He has been appointed to serve as guardian of incapacitated individuals by the Orphans Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. He also handles immigration law matters, including employment-based applications for non-immigrant status and citizenship petitions. In addition to his work with clients, Jim has served as Co-Chair of The Delaware County Down Syndrome Interest Group, Board Member of HomeLink, Inc. and Board Member and Chair of Community Integrated Systems, Inc.
