Kathleen M. O’Connell
Kathleen is a shareholder at Schubert, Gallagher, Tyler and Mulcahey. Her practice areas include estate and trust planning and administration; income taxation of individuals, estates and trusts; commercial and residential real estate transactions; and representation of non-profit corporations. In addition to her work with clients, Kathleen is a member of the Board of Directors of the Freire Foundation, where she serves as Treasurer; a member of the Board of Directors of Delco Early Learning Center, where she serves as President, a Trustee of The Support Fund Trust of the Province of St. Thomas of Villanova, a Member of the Board of Directors of Future Wings Holding Company, where she serves as Vice President and Treasurer, and a Trustee of the Moorestown Improvement Association.
