Kevin B. Quinn
Kevin is a shareholder at Schubert, Gallagher, Tyler and Mulcahey. He concentrates his practice in litigation. He has litigated hundreds of negligence cases from both the plaintiff and defendant sides. In addition, he has represented parties in tort claims, contract breaches, title disputes, mortgage foreclosures, fraud actions, undue influence and testamentary incapacity cases. Prior to joining Schubert, Gallagher, Tyler and Mulcahey, he represented Schneider National Carriers, Inc. and litigated claims throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Kevin has served as Chairperson in numerous arbitration panels for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
